Intens is a personal cycle journaling tool created by Minh Makers. The application allows individuals to privately track menstrual cycle timing and keep simple notes related to their daily experiences.
This document explains how information created inside the app is handled and what privacy protections apply when using Intens.
When using Intens, users may create personal records related to their menstrual cycle. These records are written voluntarily by the user and may include information such as cycle dates, mood reflections, or short notes describing personal feelings during a specific day.
This information exists only for the purpose of helping users maintain a personal record of their cycle timeline. The app does not attempt to interpret, diagnose, or analyze these entries.
All information recorded in Intens remains associated with the user’s own activity inside the app.
The information created inside Intens is used only to support the basic functions of the application. This includes displaying cycle history, showing previously recorded entries, and helping users review their own timeline.
The app does not use personal entries for advertising, behavioral profiling, or marketing activities. User-created records are not analyzed for commercial purposes.
The application has been designed to operate with minimal personal data. Intens does not require users to provide identity information or account credentials in order to use its basic features.
For example, the app does not request:
· real names or identity documents
· phone numbers or contact lists
· location tracking information
· biometric identifiers
· financial or payment details
Users can record their cycle information without linking it to a public profile.
Information recorded inside Intens is not transmitted to third-party AI systems, advertising networks, analytics services, or external data processors.
Minh Makers does not sell, distribute, or provide user-created records to outside organizations. Cycle entries, mood notes, and similar personal records remain part of the user’s private usage of the app.
The application is intended to function as a personal record-keeping tool rather than a platform that distributes or publishes user data.
Users remain in control of the entries they create within Intens. Records can be reviewed, edited, or removed directly inside the app interface.
If a user decides to delete a record, the entry will no longer appear in the tracking history. Deleted entries cannot be restored through the application.
The app does not maintain public timelines or shared user feeds.
Intens is designed for individuals 17 years of age or older. The application is not directed toward children and is not intended to be used by minors.
If it becomes apparent that the service is being used by someone under the required age, appropriate steps may be taken to remove the associated data.
Because Intens functions as a journaling tool, the information processed by the app consists of the records that users voluntarily create.
By entering cycle dates or personal notes within the app, users acknowledge that the information will be used by the application solely to provide the tracking features they choose to use.
Users may stop using the app or remove their entries at any time.
Occasionally, updates may be made to this privacy statement in order to reflect improvements to the application or adjustments required by applicable regulations.
When revisions occur, the updated version will replace previous versions within the app.
Questions related to privacy practices or the handling of information within Intens can be directed to the development team.
